In our commitment to keep you informed of important server updates, I just wanted to let you know of the following:

Tonight 1/13/2019 - Sunday, between 03:30AM EST and 06:30AM EST, we will be running some really URGENT and much needed maintenance on our environments to update some subsystems.

Don’t worry. Your product, customer and order data won’t be affected by this procedure in any way, and your store settings will remain unchanged. However, while we work on your server, your 3dcart store will be inaccessible for approximately 30 minutes. NOT ALL STORES WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS MAINTENANCE.

I’m really sorry about the short notice on this but, as I mentioned, it’s for an urgent systems update and more advanced notice wasn’t possible. Rest assured that my team and I are working hard to minimize the downtime as much as possible and have your store back up and running quickly.
